For Montana Base Camp: Nice no frills park. All back in sites. Level, good power, Wi-Fi is usable. Lots of areas to walk dogs. The downside, VERY Expensive. This was the most expensive campsite we have stayed at. Free laundry and firewood, didn’t make up for $150 night.

For Montana Base Camp: Nice RV park with good, spacious views. Quiet. Large level asphalt spaces, all back-in. FHU-50 amp. Firepit with free firewood. Picnic table. Good wifi. Newer park so trees are small. Laundry. Verizon is weak here. About an hour from West Glacier entrance but nice to be in town for supplies, restaurants, etc. Costco near. Expensive. Owner is very nice and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if in the area.

For Montana Base Camp: Newer park with beautiful grass and scenery to the west. Free firewood and laundry. Level blacktop large sites with baby trees. Andy was very receptive. WiFi iffy but remember you are camping. About an hour to Glacier National Park from this campground but you definitely have site space compared to a lot of the campgrounds we saw closer to Glacier which sites were very small.
Highly recommend this campground.

For Montana Base Camp: It is a new campground, about a year or so. They have plans to expand. It is clean & neat looking, at least the outside areas. We were there on October when it was coolish. The laundry building near us had 1 washer & 1 dryer, both worked great. Oh, no funds needed to use them. However, the laundry room itself was very dirty. It appeared people using it may have propped the door open as there were all sorts of debris on the floor. Our T-Mobile worked fine. Sites were level. The walking/bikes trails were great. It is located off the busy Hwy 93 bypass. For our situation it was a convenient location.

For Montana Base Camp: Great place if you are looking for a full hook up parking spot. Laundry facilities are included, with 2 washers and dryers serving the park. While there is fiber to the campground, the WiFi units do not support well and so service is unreliable. Sites are level, all hookups are new and good shape. The lawn is watered every night, which was not well aimed as everyone in our group reported hard spray on their RVs waking them up around 3 AM. Owner was very responsive to queries prior to arrival, but did not return calls or emails while we were onsite. I’ve stayed in nicer parks for less ($80/night)...if we are back in the area again there are nicer RV parks with better views and internet data.

For Montana Base Camp: This is a new park and I think it will really grow nicely with what the owner is trying to make it become but in the meantime, here are some things to consider. This is truly just a place to park your RV. There are no parks for kids to play on, only two washer and dryers spaced throughout the 62 spaces. We had challenges with the WiFi staying connected. The owner has invested in Fiber but there was something that was causing our laptops and devices to get booted off. The access to the area bike trails is really nice. Because it is new, the trees are freshly planted and you can’t hang anything from them. The grass is also new and trying to get established so you can’t put out area rugs and be aware that the sprinklers will run at night if you have things outside that can’t get wet. We love to use our hammocks and there isn’t anything to attach to so be prepared for that. If you are on the west side, the sun is pretty strong at dinner time and won’t really set until 10p in July. There is quite a bit of light pollution here so it’s not very good for star viewing. If you just need a stay over or somewhere in pretty close proximity to Glacier, Polson, Flathead Lake - this is a pretty good spot. Big lots for big rigs. You can also make it to the Hiawatha Bike Trail in about 2-2 1/2 hours.
