For Verde Ranch RV Resort: We were tired and just pulled in with no reservation. Stay here! Went out for great Mexican dinner at LaCasita and enjoyed all the amenities at the park. Highly recommend.

For Verde Ranch RV Resort: Very nice RV park. Long, wide, FHU 50 amp gravel pull-thru sites. Quiet if away front the road. Nice rec center, pool, and 2 hot tubs. One complaint - have to rent the picnic table. Recommend not using awnings as wind bursts in the area can be strong. Sadly, we lost an awning. Staff is very nice. Lovely walk by the river. Pickleball. Nice playground for kids. They also have cabins, luxury tents, and Conestoga wagons for non-RVers. Definitely will stay here again!

For Verde Ranch RV Resort: Pros- Newer park, nice asphalt driveways to ride bikes/scooters/skateboards throughout, beautiful pool and clubhouse, dedicated dog section.
Cons- Overall, so disappointing that we forfeited our last night and left a day early. Sites are all gravel, and most looked extremely exceedingly un-level. No trees, so hot, and it was only March. Heated pool was so cold my family would not use it (which is incredibly unusual for them). Shaded area under solar panels looked very bad as well. Couldn’t even enjoy outside without paying extra for a picnic table and/or fire pit. Highway noise was expected, so we booked a site further in the park, and it still woke us up at night.
This seems to be a very nice park with a nice staff and maintenance crew constantly working hard. However, it seems most fitted for permanent residence who invest in their own sites and then can enjoy the amenities.

For Verde Ranch RV Resort: Stayed for 1 month. Very expensive park near highway. Up charges for fire pit and outdoor table. Nice pool area and community room with a pool table and work area. Sights are all gravel. Not the most level place we’ve stayed at but it works. Honestly, If you don’t need the pool… I’m not sure why else you’d stay here. There are other places around for less money. Wifi is mediocre and T-Mobile service is not great, probably due to being in the valley. I’d stay for a few days next time to get the passport America discount but probably not another month.

For Verde Ranch RV Resort: Great park. First time there and I will be definitely returning.
Sites are nice, clean and the employees are great. There are a lot of pull thrus and the roads are nice and wide. The park is lay out very nicely.
The only issues is their washers and drys. They have automated-them to wifi and it’s take awhile for them to Connect.
Keep up the good work.

For Verde Ranch RV Resort: We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back. With the Passport America discount you can get a back in site for
21 dollars a night for full hook ups, Very friendly staff and a nice clubhouse with a pool table and shuffleboard. Plus the
Verde river borders the property and they have a nice trail to walk the dogs. Highly recommend this place and while
here you can easily go to casino or visit out of Africa.
