For Creek Side Resort: Lots of potential but early in development. This is a new property and lots of construction. Dusty (Kansas wind not helping) but once trees put in and a bit of grass added this will be nice. Was not offered usual discounts when reserving but when I checked in I was told the property manger would come to my Lot and bring refund; never saw anyone. Will stay again as we travel this area 2x a year.
