For Cool Sunshine RV Park: For a mountain desert campground this was very nice. We stayed for 5 nights. Had 90 ft pull through. I have a 45 ft DP with a 23 ft trailer and entrance and departure was very easy. There was a well kept 10 ft wide strip of grass outside of each site. This was great for sitting out on our lawn chairs. Had great water pressure. Had WiFi but we used our Verizon which was a full signal and very fast. Trees are very young so satellite reception was good. Access to Great Sand Dunes National Park was about 45 minutes but an easy drive. We passed several parks on the way there and they looked pretty rough. Had a gated entry for security. Would definitely return if we ever return to the area.

For Cool Sunshine RV Park: It was nice not being out on hold long to make reservation. Was able to get in last minute for a pull through. A very thorough and nice check in. Felt safe nestled in business area. A very clean site.

For Cool Sunshine RV Park: Nice park with several pull through sites. Lots of room. Sadly I paid $6 a day for dogs (stayed 4 nights), plus $53 a night. Expensive. Good location and quiet. Came for the train which went bankrupt. Friendly staff. I’d stay here again.

For Cool Sunshine RV Park: Newer park , ok a little over priced, also charge $3.00 a day for dogs. Can't use dog park because saturate and over water every nite. Do the same on the sites, can't have coffee in the morning and set out because it's to wet.

For Cool Sunshine RV Park: New park conveniently located right in town. Clean, quiet and well maintained. We stayed during COVID-19 and were pleased by their efforts to protect people’s health.

For Cool Sunshine RV Park: Clean and quiet. Very friendly staff who are extremely accommodating. RV park is in town and we passed several other RV parks that looked run down. We are very glad we ended up here. It was easy to get our Class A in and out. Plenty of room on lot. Would definitely come back!
