For Cool Pines RV Park: They are open year round!
We were leaving Cloudcroft and needed an overnite. To our surprise, up popped this nice little park with great owners. Very comfortable!

For Cool Pines RV Park: We were at Cool Pines for only one night but wish we could
stayed longer. It’s quiet, exceptionally clean, surrounded by
the forest and its inhabitants. Wonderful, hospitable hosts!
We are hoping to return for a longer stay next year.

For Cool Pines RV Park: Beautiful small resort in the Lincoln National Forest between Mayhill and Cloudcroft. The new owners are making nice improvements to the property. The sites are large with gravel, level, shaded pads. The adjacent road is close but we did not notice significant road noise. The owners are friendly, helpful, and efficient.
The full price of $35 for full hook-ups is a bargain and the Passport America rate is a steal!

For Cool Pines RV Park: The hosts, Gail and Rick, are absolutely wonderful. They recently purchased this park and have almost completed adding an additional 17 spaces. All the spots are nicely laid out, plenty of space between each other on 15 acres of wooded property. The only drawback is the lack of wi-fi, but for some of us, that only means quality time away from the electronics!
