For Pearland RV Park: Nice park, well kept grassy areas, level concrete pads and drives. full hook-ups at the back of the sites, quiet. well lighted at night, Weekly rate $225.00. Good cell coverage. WiFi is good also, however if you stay longer than 14 days apparently there is a charge. there is no "off leash dog area"
