Bob
For Bay Point Landing: Very friendly staff, but for $140ish per night, it is poorly maintained. Gravel pads, ok, but no where near level and with that terrain and price, they should be! Also, they have more stickers and burrs than grass - every walk of your dog requires a half hour of removing them…. They got me once, but never again…

Kim
For Bay Point Landing: Excellent, very modern RV park with more amenities than most. Well laid out with RV parking, rental airstream trailers and cabins. Very good WiFi & cell service. Super staff. Spotless laundry & bathroom facilities. Attractive eating & lounging areas. Food truck on-site. Modest Sandy beach on the bay just a short walk from all sites. Be aware that “partial water view†may be little view at all. While water view sites have unobstructed bay view. Level, spacious sites with exceptional fire pits. More signs at entrance would be helpful as the turn in comes up quickly (GPS had is 1/4 mile further). Lots of ocean beaches in the area, dune riding, kayaking, paddle boarding. etc. Typical Oregon coast periodic wind & fog & pleasantly cooler even in August. Rates about twice that of local County & State parks.

Howard
For Bay Point Landing: The best RV park I’ve ever stayed at. Professionally managed, terrific facilities, spacious sites, well-maintained, with lots of amenities, including a swimming pool, laundry, and a nice view.

Waypoint
For Bay Point Landing: Facilities looked nice, but we didn’t use them. All gravel roads and spots but plenty of room between. Well laid out. Wasn’t crazy about the town but close to other towns to explore. But it was fine.
Stayed in a 34 mH with toad.

Kaye
For Bay Point Landing: Really liked this park. Lots are big, easy back in for our large Fifth Wheel. No trees, but it’s quite chilly here so didn’t really need shade. Excellent Internet; best we’ve had at any RV park. Park is big, but peaceful. Mostly adults, few families but it’s not a ‘kid’s park’. Clean and new showers, bathrooms. Pretty pricey and Coos Bay is not a beautiful place, but all in all, it was a good stay. Would definitely come back.

Marianne
For Bay Point Landing: Amazing RV park. Spacious sites, indoor pool, fitness center. Fire rings at every single site playground for kids. My son loved the kids den games for kids and video games at no extra cost. Clamming on the beach with loaner equipment at no charge. Nice bathroom and laundry facilities. The staff was so kind and willing to help with whatever was needed. We will stay here again but next time we will
Stay longer!!!!!

Bill Sykes
For Bay Point Landing: This may be our all time favorite campground. It is fairly new with outstanding amenities. (wifi, showers, laundry, power, water etc were 1st class). We stayed in a premium site 20 feet from the beach, our 2 neighbors were easily 25-30 feet away. I truly believe that someone put alot of thought in the design and implementation of this park. I know I'm gushing but this place is that special. One complaint, no sign for office. :)
