For Lumbermans Park: Easy on easy off campground. Grassy field some sites with water and electric. Water pressure was 20 lbs. Nice big flat sites. You can put the biggest Class A and toad in a site. Washrooms are new and heated. Did not use them as I was passing through. Not sure what the water pressure is in the washrooms. You can drive into the sites from either end so they are pull throughs.
