For Brushy Creek SRA - Beach: We come here every Labor Day with friends. They have buddy sites which are fun to share with friends and family. Electric only for the buddy sites and most others . There are 8 fhu. There is a fresh water fill on the way in at the dump site. There are hydrants placed throughout the campground . The campground itself is all paved and well maintained. The fhu sites are paved. The rest are crushed rock. All the sites are huge and level. The shower house looks clean but I always use my rv. Many families and kids on bicycles. Nice playground and very peaceful. The lake used to be good for fishing but the beach had warnings of bacteria in the water. $16 a night is a bargain.

For Brushy Creek SRA - Beach: This a well maintained campground with lots of space between sites. It’s pretty wide open with some small trees. It put me in mind of Flamingo campground in the Everglades if you’ve been there. Bathhouse was nice. There’s lots of roads for biking and a lake beach if you go in the summer. We would go there again. Lots of electric only sites with some full service sites but they are only walk up. Strange the nicest sites are non-reservable. All sites were very reasonably priced. We stayed in the Beach campground.
