For Rocky Top City RV Park: Do not bother trying to stay here. All three of the parks in Iraan are really not meant for vacationers or people passing through. They appear to be for local oil workers or something similar. We were just going to spend the night here going between Carlsbad Caverns and south Texas. Shouldn't have bothered. No open spaces at any of the three parks. Find somewhere else.

For Rocky Top City RV Park: Totally full of oil patch workers, and should stay that way.. no chance of a site here, or at the others two parks in Iraan!
