For KOA Journey Dodge City: New park. Some site are still dirt. Pull thru are fairly short, especially if your hookup is not all the way at the back. Noise from concerts. NO WIFI and no discount because of it.
Very little signage and area streets are very rough.

For KOA Journey Dodge City: Stopped to get propane since it said they had it - they have bottles but can’t fill an rv

For KOA Journey Dodge City: Nice park. In back spots are electric only, far walk to bathrooms as they closed the ones in back. Shower is a joke. No control of hot and cold. When someone flushes a toilet in bathhouse the shower shuts off! Ridiculous. Nice brewery in town. If you don’t need the shower it’s fine for an overnight. We stayed one night passing through.

For KOA Journey Dodge City: True to my previous review, we stayed here on a Sunday evening on our way back north. Surprisingly, the facilities were not nearly as clean as our January stay. Countertops were dirty and trash overflowing in the restrooms. We were assigned a 30 amp spot but we’re told the 30 amp circuit was inoperative (thankfully we had a 50 amp adapter), even though there were plenty of open sites. I’m going to chalk this experience up to shortcomings of the weekend staff at the campground. Dropping one star from my previous review.

For KOA Journey Dodge City: This was the perfect overnight stopover for us. Clean and modern facilities, friendly staff. Easy walk to downtown. Lots of open space. Adjacent to a nice park with a small zoo. There is a train track right next to the campground but we only saw one daytime train and it crawled by at walking speed (we’re train fans anyway). Surprisingly quiet for its location close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

For KOA Journey Dodge City: Friendly staff, large concrete slabs, well spaced sites, quiet, walking distance to downtown. Laundry facilities excellent, $1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry. Would definitely stay again.

For KOA Journey Dodge City: Nicely spaced sites with hookups and cable tv. Arrived at 5:30 pm and nobody on duty. Some reservation packets were made up for individuals but not for me even though I made reservation the day before. Had to call for my site number. A word of warning - the campground is a couple miles from the speedway and if you’re there on a race night it can be fairly loud.
