For Timbuktu - Echo Bluff State Park: Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of the campground at Echo Bluff SP. Getting to the campground was good. Hwy 9 is curvy and hilly but nothing crazy. The roads in the campground are paved and in good condition. The trees are all well trimmed. The campground office was open and everyone was friendly. No camp store. There is a large parking area near the office. No escort to site but was given a map. The road signage to our site was good. Sites have fire pits and they sell firewood. Our site was 43, a back in site with a cement drive and cement patio area, with a picnic table. The site had a good view of the surrounding hills. Our site was level. The site was dry. The campground has a no seasonal folks. The sites are nicely spaced so you have a good view no matter what site you have. There is a very nice boathouse but on laundry. No pool. No rec room. No workout fitness room. A very nice restaurant is at the lodge which is just down the road. The grounds are well kept. No cable tv. No over air antenna. Yes they have good Wifi. No Verizon cell service. There is no bad issues. I would come back. I like sites 41, 43, 45. Dream Big, Travel Far, Live Well...

For Timbuktu - Echo Bluff State Park: Awesome new campground! The horses are fun but they are a bit of a nuisance too. It’s best to keep everything put away when not in camp as they are not shy. And they will bite! Great creek to sit in. Amazing playground. The laundry is in the hotel so a bit inconvenient but reasonably priced.
