For Greenhorn Meadows: Don’t believe the good reviews on google and the pictures you see on the campground website. This place is being sorely misrepresented . Not only did our RV not fit in the site as advertised , we felt very unsafe here. The campground has tight spot filled with mainly full time residents living in delapidated trailers with junk everywhere. We even observed a resident dumping unwanted trash and household items in another area of the property. Of course, there is a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to get your money back. Needless to say, we did not stay here. Thankfully we were able to find a nice place in the next town over. Definitely stay away from here!

For Greenhorn Meadows: The campground is ok for a night if you’re looking to explore bishops Castle. $30 electric, $10 extra to dump.
Looks like many improvements are starting and the county has big improvement plans.

For Greenhorn Meadows: This place is NASTY. It looks like people live here, other than the hosts. It’s just an open field that backs up to a rock ledge.

For Greenhorn Meadows: Expected to hear banjos on arrival ! Long term dilapidated trailers, sad animals and not friendly host. Yuk. Never coming back and this is a city park

For Greenhorn Meadows: Nice little park. 30 amp electric and central water for $15/night. Some sites shaded and most level and spacious. Free shower and central flush toilets. Quiet and peaceful. Nice views of valley and surrounding mountains.
About 30 miles South of Pueblo.
