For Petit Park: What a hidden gem of a sweet little campground on Tobacco River. Level pads are paved with RV hook-ups of electric and water for $25 as of October 2022. Tent sites are $20. If not camping here, there’s a dump station available for $5. This is a perfect spot to explore Clare’s Amish community. Definitely would return!

For Petit Park: This is a lovely hidden gem of a park right next to a river. Sites are FCFS. No reservations. We came in on a Friday night in June at about 6pm and there were at least 8 sites available. We were shocked! Our Boondocking site had fallen through and we were planning to stay at a Walmart, but someone told us about this place.
All the hookup sites are paved, level, and have 30 amp electric and water. No sewer, but there is a dump station that's free if you're staying here. ($5 if you are not) As of June 2021, prices are $25 for hookups, $20 for sites with no electric.
There are restrooms with showers (you need the code, which is on the envelope you turn in with your payment, but we did not check them out as we were only there for one night. Our dog had fun in the huge grassy area along the river, although he was required to stay on his leash the whole time, of course. There is great play equipment and a picnic shelter if you are here in a group with kids.
We stayed here in a 36' Class A motorhome and we fit in the site just fine. There is parking directly across the driveway for your towed vehicle or truck. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I deducted one star because it is very close to a busy street so there is some traffic noise, but it didn't bother us at all.
