For Wapiti Campground: Clean sites. Bathrooms are clean and looked after. Great stop over. Have electricity and drinking water is handy to fill your jugs. Dump station and tank drinking water next door at visitors centre

For Wapiti Campground: Very convenient location to Banff & Canmore activities. Far enough from RR & Hwy that shutting RV windows dampens sounds to be not a problem. Dump station at adjoining visitor center is easy to access. The “first come first serve†campsite use is done via a self serve kiosk that works well if you show up between 9am & 11am and ignore the “all RV sites occupied†sign at entrance, each of the 7 days we stayed there were a handful of RV campsites open.

For Wapiti Campground: No water, no dump station, no net, doesn't answer telephone all this for $40! Best to drive on to the next camp ground.
