For Shore Travel Camp: We are at site 20 which is a very nice site. The only problem we have is the electrical post has very low volts on the 50 amps legs. Our post gets a reading of 114 on leg 1 and 111 on leg 2. The volts are so low we can’t use our Hughes surge protector. Lucky our Victron 3000 multiplus will boost our power enough that we don have any problems. It must be our site because other sites seem to be using surge protectors without a problem.

For Shore Travel Camp: Nice campground and easy to get in and out of. The sites are spacious but short in length. We have a 35’ FW and a crew cab truck. Parking for the truck was difficult. We’re in site 19 and thought we’d park across the street in the parking spots. Nope. We were told we couldn’t park there. The response I got when I asked why was “because you cant”. No signs, just can’t. Other than that small issue, nice place.

For Shore Travel Camp: We stayed 3 weeks visiting family in Maryland. Easy access to the base, and once on the base, easy access to the FamCamp. The park is beautiful. Pretty level, concrete padded sites. Good power. If you use satellite the sites13, 14, and 16 are best due to high trees.
The only complaint I have is the convoluted way you have to make a reservation.
This is an excellent park in an area where there are very few nice parks to park your RV. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

For Shore Travel Camp: We had a very pleasant visit but noticed during the day constant traffic from government vehicles and contractors driving thru the campsite. There were also people walking thru. We noticed other areas on the base indicated that thru traffic was prohibited and only residents should enter that area and think only campers should have access. The bathrooms were kept clean and very nice. The hook-up was very high off the ground which made drainage difficult. Otherwise, it was a very nice area and quiet.

For Shore Travel Camp: Very clean campground. The camp has cemented rv sites, full hook ups, and a very clean bath house. Each bathroom has a key coded lock, clean toilet, full shower, and a bench to change on. WiFi is strong at site 13 which is closest to the bath house. We also have Verizon and get 2 bars of LTE. Close to water and easy access off base. No cable box or hook up. Overall, we are very satisfied. We Would stay here again.

For Shore Travel Camp: Brand new, all campsites and bath house is fantastic. Sewer hook up are six inches off the ground and make drainage challenging. No club house. WIFI is week but present. I gave it three stars because MWR asks that you email Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to make reservations. This is a big no no and all government employees know it. I recommend they copy Navy MWR and set up a web-based and secure reservation system.
