For Otter Creek Reservoir - Fishermans Beach - BLM: Short drive on gravel roads. Lake access, but we camped back from the water. Great view with a state camp ground just a mile away. The mosquitoes where horrible. We were the only one there. But it had been raining lately so maybe less mosquitoes in the dry season.

For Otter Creek Reservoir - Fishermans Beach - BLM: Sept 2020: Stayed a night here at one of the several undeveloped parking/camping areas along the west lakeshore. The access roads are all gravel. A few have ruts from being driven on in wet muddy weather. Most are passable even with a highway auto. There are few to none improvements. Driving the roads along the shore we saw one vault toilet bldg, one picnic table and what from a distance looked like two picnic tables with metal roof shades. The reservoir water level was quite low. The shoreline was out about 100 ft from what looked like normal. There was a Class A parked immediately next to the vault toilet. About 1/4 mile away, at another site was a pickup with travel trailer, 3 big loose dogs running around, a pickup load or two of piled trash, and a generator running nonstop. We parked well away from all that, on yet another spur road. Overall the area was extremely quiet and peaceful, and relatively clean. There was almost no traffic on the highway so no traffic noise. We did have very weak, barely workable Verizon service. No AT&T voice, text or data.

For Otter Creek Reservoir - Fishermans Beach - BLM: We were looking for a quiet place to stay to break up a long drive. We're self contained and don't need hookups. We stayed on a Sunday in early May.
There were at least 20 distributed BLM sites (likely more) along the Otter Creek Reservoir off route 62. There were 6 other RVs in sight. The area was quiet with nice views of the Reservoir. There are no services nearby. There's no ATT or Verizon cell coverage.
