For Gordon Gulch Dispersed Area: The roads to get into the camping spots was very rough and small. We came up in our truck to scope it out for our 27ft trailer and there’s no way we’d be able to comfortably get it in here. Lots of people here in the weekend and also a lot of trash strewn around. A lot of people brought their ATVs/sand buggies, so I assume there are paths nearby for that. We did see a few sedans, but have to imagine they scraped the bottom of their cars getting in and out. We were happy to get out of there.

For Gordon Gulch Dispersed Area: Rode up in my motorcycle to check conditions and see if there's cellular data coverage for work. I found a couple of spots that I might, possibly, be able to get my 24ft motorhome into but it'd be dicey due to the conditions of this forest road. Saw a pickup camper set up, and a small pop up trailer tent as well, but no big RV. Plenty of tents in evidence.
On the plus side, they did have Verizon cell coverage, not great but usable.

For Gordon Gulch Dispersed Area: Nice area. It is not as well marked as some and can be tough to find all of the sites. I did not locate any source of water. It is easy to access the location from the highway making it a popular area so get there early. There was quite a bit of road noise in the morning while we were there, mostly large trucks -- related to road construction -- engine breaking.
