For Willcox Playa SWA: Small gravel lot at the Wildlife viewing trailhead. Posted signs for designated camping area, 5 day max stay. Drove out from I-10 and decided to boondock for the full duration because of how far out of town it is. was able to set up small camp on the edge of the lot, near a fire pit. Pleasant enough place. Decent ATT and TMobile reception, enough to do work and stream at standard def.

For Willcox Playa SWA: This is a gravel parking lot at the trailhead. It is right beside a road. It isn't a main road but there was still a bit of traffic on it. If traffic noises bother you, probably not a good spot for you. It was raining while we were here so we didn't do the hike. It is about 2.5 miles but it was a total mud fest with the wet conditions! The sign for this wildlife area is tiny. We missed it and had to turn back. Fine for an overnight but wouldn't want to stay longer.
