For Stagecoach RV Ranch: Enter the big gravel parking lot, and the small (somewhat cluttered) office is at the back of park. The guy who met us was a bit out of sorts – wanted to grumble about working so hard and long (I did feel bad for him but still). When I called to confirm our reservation, he said they weren’t open on Sunday. Hmmm, I made a reservation 2 weeks ago – no mention of not being open on Sunday. Anyway, he was there, and we got checked in. The first site, we had no power from the pole. He moved us to another site, and all was fine and good. Sites are gravel and mostly level. You are up close and personal with your neighbor! It is mostly long term with a smattering of overnight sites available. It was very windy and, hence, very dusty when we were there. The park is about 4 miles off I-10 so it’s mostly quiet with the occasional tractor trailer from highway 11. Verizon was 4g 2-3 bars but the signal was not very good so our hot spot was sketchy. Their WII FI was too slow to use. Satellite would not be a problem. On the bright side, we had one beautiful sunset!

For Stagecoach RV Ranch: Amazingly nice park. 20 a day or $175 a month, unless you want a patio. In that case $200. Staff is great (Shawn in particular) and park is clean and neat. Clubhouse at entrance. It has laundry (2 washers-3 dryers), six showers, game room and Direct TV. You can get mail at the park also. Only negative is the size of lots (about 19 feet wide) but I have seen much worse. Away from Demming a few miles so it’s generally very quiet. 5 full stars.

For Stagecoach RV Ranch: I stayed for a couple of days mid March 2018 in my 26ft Itasca with my dog Penelope.
If you're into hiking (Florida mountains, Rock hound State Park) or ATVing then this is a good place, otherwise not a lot to do as far as the town goes. Really beautiful views of the mountains.
That said, the clubhouse is beautiful and comfortable, with free direct TV, 2 pool tables, the wifi is the best and fastest I've had in 5 months of travelling in my RV and you couldn't ask for nicer, more down to earth people than Dave (owner) and Shawn (manager) and Jim (former manager who still lives there) and his beautiful dog Jake. All three really made my stay wonderful.
Full hook ups for an incredibly reasonable price and the laundry and bath/showers were immaculate!
I will definitely be back for a more extended stay!

For Stagecoach RV Ranch: Quiet park just a few miles off the highway. Pretty basic set up. Great view of the mountains and nice hosts. Monthly, weekly, daily stays ??

For Stagecoach RV Ranch: Jim was a great host... very nice and responsive. However, it should be noted that the "FREE Overnight for 1-2 People" does not include anything but a place to park... no water, no electric, no internet. I completely understand this, but it also means no access to the COIN laundry. ?
