For Malheur County Fairgrounds: Dirt sites with modern full hookups and unmanned paybox. Rv sites are tucked in behind the crafting barns in the middle of the property. Its unclear which side of the fence you are suppose to park on since if you park on the hookup side you block a "road" or string your wires across it. Seems clean and safe though I'm guessing the horse trailer area you need to drive through to get to the RV part is a nightmare mudpit in the rain. The numerous bathrooms are locked but there is a dump station. Verizon and ATT were functional plus there is a guest wifi.

For Malheur County Fairgrounds: Very quiet. Only a few spaces but easy access. WiFi is spotty but got it to work eventually. Can't beat the price

For Malheur County Fairgrounds: Nice overnight spot when traveling through the area on 6/6/18. $15.00 for one night with Passport America discount is a good deal. Otherwise $30.00 would be a little high for what you get. Water/electric with a dump down the street. Dogs enjoyed the grassy areas.

Valkraider

For Malheur County Fairgrounds: Inexpensive but that's about it. Bathrooms are closed and locked if there is not an event at the fairgrounds. Surface is grass but seemed level and nicely firm. It was quiet for sleeping overnight but otherwise is really just designed to be used during events at the fairgrounds. Better than a Wal-mart or truck stop.
