Mary
For Ray and Donna West RV Park - Muleshoe: This is a perfect place to spend the night. We were grateful for the full hookups with no charge. There is a donation box to contribute for the electricity you used, if you choose. It's clean with level sites. There are no restrooms, in case you're in need of them. What a pleasant surprise to come upon this place while traveling through.

RVoyage
For Ray and Donna West RV Park - Muleshoe: This is a nice little gem in the middle of nowhere. There are about 10 full hook-up sites with water, power and sewer, and all the sites are level gravel. We stayed on night one night (Tuesday) at the end of May and it was warm, in the high 80s so we used our air conditioner all night. We were the only motorhome in the entire park all night. Technically, this nice little city run RV parking area is free, but the city says that their largest expense to operate this park is the electric bill, so we left a nice donation to pay for our share of electricity. The park is well lit and monitored by the city. There is a large sign on the fence inside the park telling you that you need to be facing the fence when you park. There is a gas station across the street with a convenience store and there is also a sit down restaurant, the Dinner Bell, which is situated next to the gas station. It was a pleasant overnight stay, and we appreciate the city having a place for us to rest for the evening in rural Texas.

Walter and Winnie
For Ray and Donna West RV Park - Muleshoe: Best FREE full Hookup sites! Trains rolled by a few times during the night, but were not too loud/close. Some road noise, not bad. Clean level gravel sites. Well-lit and monitored by the city.

Jenni
For Ray and Donna West RV Park - Muleshoe: Free camping with full hookups, even in December!! Close to lots of restaurants. Yes, there is a cattle smell, but it smells like that everywhere in that area. And it’s a little loud since it’s near a busy road, but you can’t beat the price.

The Novel RV
For Ray and Donna West RV Park - Muleshoe: Stayed here 3 nights for free. Nice level gravel lot with FHU and a picnic table. All sites large and pull-thru. No facilities. Some road and train noise, but didn’t bother me. Felt safe. Lots of restaurants and services. Only down side was water at sites not turned on while I was there but had enough in my tank.
