For Tumco Ghost Town: Stayed 3 nights early Feb 2024 in my 30-foot class A. Easy access off Ogilby Rd onto good, clear access roads inside the area. There are several areas with good, level sites both close to the mountains and further back. There are some large washes in the area, and you may run into a dip here & there on the interior trails, but easy to turn around and try another trail close by that'll get you to the general area you wanna be. Very little traffic on Ogilby Rd and really, very few campers in this nice, large area,so almost zero noise except for a few ATV'S during the day...no big deal. Don't expect to see much of a ghost town,as it amounts to some rusted water cisterns, a stone wall here & there and a bunch of rusted beer cans and pails, etc., left behind by the townfolk, but it is a nice walk and pretty clearly marked. One path takes you past what appears to be stone-covered gravesites....? Weak T-mobile signal so download some episodes of whatever if you need electronic stimulation. I would def return & stay for the open, quiet space and ease of access.
