For Timberlane RV Park and Resort: No showers, no WiFi, and the pool closes early. Once you get passed that this is a great place to stay. The park host/owner was very helpful, she gave us our pick of the open sites. The sites are very large and the grounds are well maintained. The roads are wide and easy to navigate with a big rig. We stayed 6 nights and had a blast. When I am in the area again I will definitely stay here again.

For Timberlane RV Park and Resort: Timberland RV Park & Resort
We don’t have a lot of nice things to say about this RV park!
#1, they insist on aiding you in parking your rig… if you can get past the screaming of one of the women that helps, I think it’s the owner, you can almost guarantee that you will have something go wrong! They do not know how to help park! They insisted on helping me park my rig …told me I was all clear… I wasn’t! And broke off my Sideview mirror on a tree! The response was “oh I’m sorry†needless to say we had to have a new mirror overnighted which cost us close to $1000! They took no responsibility for that! One other family in the park told us that with the help of them parking… her rear window was broken out… under their direction the trailer was jackknifed.
I watched friends of ours park there rig with their help and the woman was screaming at my friends telling them you’re going to hit a picnic table and they weren’t even near it! Unbelievable!
#2 there is absolutely no Wi-Fi in the park!
#3 There is no cable in the park …oh it is there…but, you have to go to the local cable company and hook it up yourself!
#4 No bathhouse showers …actually no bathhouse!
#5 Bathrooms by the pool …the pool and the laundry room are only open 9 to 5 only!
#6 you are parking on grass & dirt!
#7 they only take check-in‘s until 5 o’clock they will not leave a note on the door… you simply are not allowed to park your rig unless they are there because they have to help! Sewer and electric are locked down…so you cannot even park if you wanted to!
#8 five page rules and regulation that you must read in front of them and sign… or they will be read to you!
Oh …I highly recommend you do not stay at this park!

Myra
For Timberlane RV Park and Resort: The campground is very nice with big lots. The trees are lovely, but couldn't get satellite signal for TV. Eight days with no TV isn't fun. There isn't an Internet signal except the pool and clubhouse. The clubhouse closes at 5:00 which is too early for a campground. The grounds are really clean and everyone staying in the park are very nice. I would stay here again.

For Timberlane RV Park and Resort: First the family that owns the park is exceptional. Never felt more welcomed in my life. Would have loved to give them 5 stars but as an RV Resort the facilities should not close down at 5:00 PM and not open till 9:00 AM. Everything is extremely clean and well kept. I have already put my reservations in for next year.

For Timberlane RV Park and Resort: I agree that this a nice campground with a nice location. Family run as stated before and the greatest asset is customer service. A+ with regards to that. Sites themselves are roomy but on grass and sand, I had my first problem with ants here in my travels south. Everything shuts down at the office at 5 pm including access to the only bathrooms on the premises and the pool. No 24/7 solution for laundry, bathrooms or showers. WiFi is only at the office no Cable without making arrangements directly with Spectrum at your cost. Internet was very spotty. If you have a unit with a sewer line at mid coach you will need a lengthy hose to the tank. The sites themselves were very level.

For Timberlane RV Park and Resort: What a wonderful place to stay! This is a family owned RV park and they are so personable, friendly and helpful. We were guided into our space by Mom and Daughter and asked if we needed more help setting up. The park is close to the freeway but we did not hear the traffic. Everything is in working order, pool is clean, clubhouse and laundry immaculate. If we are in the area again with our 5th wheel we will stay here. We were here for one week.

For Timberlane RV Park and Resort: Translated: A very nice place, clean, pleasant, nice pool and a exceptional home. Three-week and I'll be back. The sites are great. Quiet place, not much noise from
the highway.
