For Victoria City RV Park: We always stop here while on our way to the RGV. We pulled in on Saturday, making sure to get here early enough to find a spot, and found the electric box locked up, and a sign stating the office was only open m-f and starting in the new year, reservations would be required. There was no way to contact someone over the weekend, so travelers beware and plan accordingly. No choice but to look elsewhere for a spot. Bummed for sure.

Our Epic Field Trip
For Victoria City RV Park: This campground is conveniently located if you're traveling between Houston and Corpus Christi. It's easily accessible and big rig friendly. All sites are pull through and equipped with full hook ups. The park has no amenities other than hook ups and a dump station. It's in a quiet part of town and adjacent to the city park area. There are plenty of walking paths in the city park area, and lots of wildlife (deer and birds). The Guadalupe River is not far with the potential for kayaking. There's a historic tour around town you can do from your car, and Aero Crafters is a cool place for dinner. Corpus Christi and Port Aransas are potential day trips. There's no reservation system - it's first-come first-serve, and you pay by envelope in the drop box. Normally, there's a 14-day stay limit. We were able to stay longer because we were working a mapping project for the city, and also we were there during the March/April 2020 COVID 19 shut down. Tumbleweeds
For Victoria City RV Park: This is a city park next to a small nature area with walkways and trails to explore. Enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing week in mid March 2020. Can't be beat for $12 a nite - full hookups too!
No reservations, but one or two sites seemed to open up every day, and all occupied by mid afternoon. Good Verizon cell reception. Shopping only a couple miles away.
NOTE: If you are just passing by and need to dump your tanks, there is a public dump station available for just $2.00.

Seminole Navion
For Victoria City RV Park: Not a 4 or 5 star, but a solid 3. 18 sites. Pick one and fill out the envelope with payment and drop in box. W/E/S all worked at the site. Numerous over the air tv channels. Every spot was taken by 4:00 Pm. Lots of areas to walk. Short drive to almost anything you could be looking for. ATT coverage was fair. No other amenities. The price was right.

For Victoria City RV Park: This is a great little city RV park. Electric, Water, and sewer only. There are no restrooms or bathhouse. A hiking trail on west side of this small park. Lots to do within a short distance by vehicle. The great part is it still is only $12 a night. Will stop again when in the area as I felt very safe here.
