For Sanctuary RV Resort: Me and my wife stayed here in October with our 44 foot Motor Coach. My review is mixed with good and bad. Management is going through changes. Lots of new people. I called on 3 days before arrival to confirm reservation. Was told a welcome package would be outside the office since they are closed on Sunday. When we arrived, no package. No gate code and no site number. Luckily another package for someone else was there and we got the gate code. Because I called ahead, I knew the site number. Otherwise, this could have gone really bad. The emergency number does not get answered on weekends. We were staying at a premium site which in my opinion was not so premium. It was the shortest site in the row. Why would you give the shortest site to a 44 foot motor coach. The picnik table had not been cleaned in a year and was nasty. All the sites have ground shell for the base. Very little grass. Just not a big fan of the look. No cable. Management allowed us to park our car at the next empty site, which was nice of them. The pool is super nice and the laundry room is also nice. They do have some super premium sites that are have a stone paved driveway and nice grass. Too much money for that though. The other good is they are a straight shot from the beach, so location is good. No road noise. They have a cafe for coffee and breakfast sandwich which tasted very good. I am on the fence if I will be back. Dream Big, Travel Far, Live Well...

For Sanctuary RV Resort: Great park. Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean restrooms and nice laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. Small fenced doggy park which we enjoyed each morning. Nice pool area. Good size sites with some shade. Overall a nice stay. Would definitely recommend and return.

For Sanctuary RV Resort: Excellent RV park. Very professionally managed. Nice sites with lots of shade. Convenient to major southwest FL attractions. Unfortunately, this summer saw extraordinary amounts of rain, and park- as well as many neighboring areas, flooded. Entire park was ordered to vacate ahead of Hurricane Irma watch, which was a smart decision from manangemenr. Rebecca, the manager contacted local alternative RV storage facilities and made arrangements for park guests to store temporarily while the storm passes. Highly recommended.

For Sanctuary RV Resort: We really enjoyed our stay this year. Rebeca and her staff are the greatest. The resort was clean and had washers and dryers 24/7. Had fun activities going on all the time. We met so many caring and wonderful people. It felt like family! The location of this resort is very close to everything. We plan to return next year.
Rebeca and staff, thanks for everything you do for your guests.
