For Sundance RV Resort: For a brand new RV campground, they should have designed the sites greater than 25' wide. Most RV's have slides both sides and awnings on the slides. Be prepared for tight living quarters. The existing BLM outhouses emit bad odors- don't camp down wind. This is not a Resort yet, but it might be when they build the amenities. The pickelball court and dog run are about it at this time. Water front sites are nice but if you are in the second row, the access to the water is extremely limited- be prepared for a long walk to access the beach
Half the water front sites are back in for 5th wheels and half are pull in for motor homes, but the management could put in a 5th wheel the song way next to a motor home and now these 2 RV'ers are sharing the same outside living area.
The quality of the water is very good for this area. They add a $15 resort fee for wifi and water taxi so the sign for Free Water Taxi is free to people not staying in the park. They add a BLM leading fee also. The electric cost is in line with other parks. Some day it might be as advertised but don't believe everything on their web site.
It appears they are operating out of cash flow.

For Sundance RV Resort: This is going to be a five star resort when it's done. No mention on the website that it is still under construction. No pool yet. A tad diss appointing after a three day drive to get here. But nice riverfront sites! The $1 draft EVERYDAY advertised in front of Outlaws Saloon is really for Pirates Den across the river and it's really only mon - fri and NFL games. The free water taxi over is free and a great way to connect these sister resorts. We were also hit with a $15 resort fee for the amenities. The pool and recreation area is a pile of pulled up concrete and dirt. The water went out and the sewer from the washrooms can be overwhelming at times. They told me the fee was essentially for wi fi...
This will be an a beautiful resort - but they should be upfront in their advertising and website. No need to be deceptive
