For South of Congress Area State Trust Land: It seems that this BLM site has been taken over by AZ. There i a "no trespassing" sign that says you need a permit to use the land. The Allstays site needs to be updated. The site just north of Congress, AZ on Ghost Town Rd. is actually a BLM 14 day area.
