For 13 Lake - Maxwell NWR: Beautiful, peaceful and free for up to 5 days. Has vault toilets and trash cans. Enjoyed watching the large variety of ducks, geese and other birds coming and going from the small lake. Saw many prong horned deer. Would definitely return.
