For Barretts Park - USBR: Very cute spot on the river. 3 sites total plus large gravel parking lot. You can camp either place.
Train came through around 2 am. I only know because my wife told me. Very safe.
Potable water available at hand pump by information board in parking lot. You can camp for 14 days free but we only stayed for one night.

For Barretts Park - USBR: Very nice free park to stay for up to two weeks, Maybe six to seven RV sites and several tent sites. Nice moving creek, dry camping, pit bathrooms that were very clean and well kept. Gravel roads. Some noise from Interstate while outside but not inside my rig. Nice stop. Dish satellites were picked up and Verizon LTE was three bars! Easy on and off the Interstate.
