For Slick Rock - Bear Creek Dev Auth: Went swimming today at slick rock .bought our $4 a piece permit .got there ask several folks if they get permits when they come .they said no.so we felt why did we get one then.an we felt like dang we got cheated..they need sit up a tow booth at entrance to that beach where sign is says permit required an charge everyone that enters .only way to be fair about it .i go there often summer an winter an get daily permit or yearly.an what does money go for havent saw any changes or upgrades at that place in many years? Dont know if we be going back i just hate feel im being treated unfair .the tow booth works great at joe wheeler state park in Rogersville Ala
