For Mesquite Oasis RV Park: April 2017. 2 adults, no kids or pets. Numerous full time residents. Large dirt pull through spaces. Two large bath suites that were not very clean. That's the most important amenity for us. Would likely look elsewhere next time.

For Mesquite Oasis RV Park: We called on our way down and after some debating they got us a spot for late that night. It's relatively quiet with several permanent residents. The pond and such are lacking but it is Odessa so we didn't expect much. The people are friendly and the spots are decently flat. Good size pull through lot for our 42' 5th wheel.
