For Willow Grove Park: This is now gated and open from 10 am to 4 pm. They allow non campers to use the dump station; 5$ if gate open, and 15$ if gate is closed. This is a lifesaver for us. The gate is closed from 4 pm until 10 am the following morning for campers coming in. Sounds much more secure than previous comment.

For Willow Grove Park: The sheer lack of gate security or administrative control of this beautiful campground ruins all the things it has going for it. This is not a safe place to stay. Many homeless people use the disgusting showers. Campers come and go without paying, as do drug users (as reported to me by public works who ?care' for the place).
Utterly disappointing. And you can forget any reasonable refund policy.
