For Wayne Russell City Park: We stopped by but didn’t spend the night. Seems very quiet here and the sites are fairly level gravel pull through.

For Wayne Russell City Park: Really wanted to stay here but it was closed, probably because of coronavirus issue. Gave it 4 stars because it was level and clean with nice hookups. Hope closure is only temporary.

For Wayne Russell City Park: Great little stop. Surpisingly quiet and felt very safe. Lot is small and dirt, but well maintained. It is right next to the TDOT facility, after all! Free services worked well. Friendly little town.

For Wayne Russell City Park: The description sounds bad, but this place is wonderful - located right on a state highway and next door to a state highway department maintenance facility, but this awesome facility provided a nice quiet stay, and the first two nights are free, $10/night honor system after that. Highway traffic is slow, since the speed limit is reduced to in town speed prior to the park. The grass was well kept and looked like a golf course putting green. Clean, quiet and well maintained in a nice little town that is off the beaten path. Water, 30/15 amp, dump station and trash disposal. No toilet or shower.
