For Hillcrest Motel and RV Campground: This is a simple and clean looking (at least from the outside) motel. The small RV park in back is a ragtag grouping of old to very old RV's; most looking like they would fall apart if hooked up and moved anywhere. We called to see if we would be able to empty our tanks and told no problem. Once arrived, after working through the language barrier, told we could not since the maintenance man was off that day???
We ended up dumping in the cleanest free sanidump area I've ever seen behind the Andrews chamber of commerce building.
