For Hildreth Lighthouse Campground: Quiet little place right on the Missouri River and well off the Interstate. Stayed two nights in 40’ MH. River is beautiful here, flowing smoothly and fairly fast. Some minimal improvement of the river side with concrete sidewalk, grass, benches, a few trees, boat ramp. Front row of sites have gravel road, concrete pads, grass between, tall trees for shade, but are seasonal rentals and were all full. Back rows have little view of the river because of the trees, gravel road, grass sites, sufficient spacing to be comfortable. Friendly people, informal, acknowledged reservation with a text, had to call when we arrived to get them to come out, allowed us to pick site. Mostly long term and seasonal units. Two miles of gravel and dust road to get in and get out, so the back end of our coach and the toad are covered in dust and need washing.
