For White Bird Gravel Pit Recreation Site: Besides the area nearest the BLM signs and site improvements, there’s a very large, fairly level graveled area closer towards the gravel stockpiles that is apparently also within the BLM’s site posted as “14 days maximum stayâ€. This area is far enough from the highway that road noise is minimal at most, and appears only lightly used.
