For Robbins RV Park: This is a Mom&Pop RV lot. No facilities or amenities. Most spaces are not paved as some of the posted photos show. Owners live on the property & are very friendly. Good price for an overnight stay if that’s all one is looking for. We are the type who drive all day and try to find available RV lots near wherever we plan to sleep that night, so our standards are not super high. As long as there are hookups we are generally content to stay anywhere. It is near the I-10 and railroad tracks (which most are in my experience), and it’s right next to some high-power power lines.

For Robbins RV Park: Looks kind of scary. Lots of old RVs that look like they have been there awhile. Grass not mowed. Not sure which building was supposed to be the office. Was supposed to stay but decided against it and went elsewhere.

For Robbins RV Park: The previous reviews must be of a different campground. Owners are friendly but there are no bathrooms, no showers, no wifi, and no "clubhouse." There is water and electric. This is right off the highway and road noise is constant. We usually trust "Allstays" but this was a disaster.

AllStays Note: Their website states says they recently added showers but we can't say anything else about the place other than what is reported. The park website says "We have recently added a laundry and shower facilites and an entertainment complex where those staying with us will be able to enjoy television and games."

For Robbins RV Park: Very friendly owners. Sites can be tight trying and getting to hookups.

For Robbins RV Park: Good place to stop for an overnight stay. Owner is friendly, campground is quiet. Full hook-ups at a reasonable price.
