For Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort: Beautiful area, great scenery. Activities and employees were good. Numerous downsides for this rating. Upon on arriving and checking in at the lodge down the stairs, you pass the cascading water feature that is scummy and green water. Flies in the restaurant that numerous customers were complaining about. The putt putt was overgrown with weeds and the water feature there was also scummy, not working and in need of upkeep. The paddle board pond was stagnant, mossy and green water. The RV area had several electrical hookups that needed to be straightened up, the pads and area was weedy and unkept. Several of the pads had the asphalt crumbling. The swimming pool was dirty with dirt in the bottom. The showers had shower curtains torn, and all needed cleaning with some having hair in the drains and black mold in corners. Very disappointed for this resort and it’s past reputation. In need of serious maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, and upkeep. I would not recommend this resort unless serious changes were made.

For Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort: Coming from the West side to visit Zion I don’t see how you do much better. Level sites, hot tub, nice miniature golf. Horses here too. Hard not to have a good time here.

For Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort: Excellent resort! Friendly, helpful staff. Well laid-out property with plenty of activities for couples or families. Jacuzzi stays open until 10 to soak your tired muscles. We stumbled on this resort after other area RV parks were full. We found it so beautiful and accommodating that we stayed an extra day to enjoy all this park has to offer. Highly recommend!

For Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort: Excellent in all ways. Very popular with youth groups because of the variety of entertainment. Beautiful setting.

For Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort: Camp is about 5 miles off highway into Zion. Staff is great. Bathrooms are new and showers are excellent. I’ve camped here twice in May and Juky of this year. Once in a tent and once in a travel trailer. Both times it was good. Tent sites are private and in the trees. The heated pools and slides are awesome if you have kids. They also have two hot tubs. I have them 4 stars as there billing system is confusing.

For Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort: Great place! Laundry, showers, mini golf, pool with a water slide. Sites are a little close together. Takes a solid 45 minutes to get into the park from here. Road up to the camp is gravely, but nothing concerning.

For Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort: Wonderful staff! We visited in the end of September so it was slower and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Lots of activities for kids (we have five, 3 months to 7 years). The pool was warm with a slide. Showers were clean with laundry on-site. There is a restaurant on the grounds and the food was good 'comfort' food, along with a breakfast buffet in the morning. The roads are a little broken up within the park, but overall my family and I loved the facility. I would suggest this place to friends and family.
