For Wichita River Bend RV Park: Pleasant overnight stop. The water wasn’t working in a couple spots. However, for $17 it was well worth it. I travel with four dogs and didn’t experience the goathead issue - maybe time of year…

Lee Graves
For Wichita River Bend RV Park: Ok for a night. Lots of sand spurs so walking a dog is not recommended. The water outlets are in meter cans below the ground level and somewhat difficult to get to. On the other hand the electrical connections are about six inches off the ground with big covers that only open 90 degrees so it’s necessary to get on your knees to plug in. The panel cover and plug on our space was loose and somewhat dangerous but the current was steady. Overall good value by the way it’s $17 in September 2022.

Annie
For Wichita River Bend RV Park: Great easy place to stop off 20. Downtown is nice with restaurants. If you go over the walking bridge there’s a beautiful park. Must be self contained as there are no bathrooms. Can’t beat it for $17/night for electric and water plus dump station. Felt very safe as solo traveler.

Kelly
For Wichita River Bend RV Park: Convenient overnight! Level spots. Easy in/out. Nice park via river foot bridge w/ 16 miles of paved trails for walk/run/bike. Water hookups repaired after ice storm of ‘21. A few 30/50 Amp hookups were inop. Plenty of capacity on Sunday in late March. Expect road noise. Not much shade.

William K Bannister
For Wichita River Bend RV Park: Great overnight stay or stay for a couple of days. They only allow you to stay 3 days and the person comes to collect every night around 5pm. It is $17 per day and you drop that in a drop box. We asked the person that comes to collect if we could stay a but longer and being that it is January during the slow season he allowed us too. Power and water with a dump on the way out and great access to the area.

Jeola
For Wichita River Bend RV Park: Easy access city park, as stated there are several pull through sites and some back up sites all with water and electricity. There is a dump site upon exit . Price is $17 per night. There is a nice park to walk around. Did not feel unsafe , if you want shade and a park grill you need to choose a backup site, the backup sites are also closer to the highway , will stay here again upon passing through , our site 15 was level and a pull through
