For Flat Creek Farms RV Resort: First the good news: The campground was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Now, the bad news: At over $50 / day, this campground is expensive for what one gets (for reference, we paid $209.25 for 4 days after the 10% Good Sam rebate and including a $6.75 “convenience” fee). The sites are cramped and tightly packed leaving very little room to move around the RVs (our site was # 68). There are no picnic table. There is a single dumpster located at the far end of the campground. For this daily rate, one could expect a little more than a place which appears to be run on a shoe-string budget to maximize the owner's profits, not the guests' comfort nor convenience. We would definitely not recommend this campground\ unless one is in a bind or needs a place for an overnight stay close to I-35 in the Waco area.

For Flat Creek Farms RV Resort: Charming. Stayed two nights. Site 59 awesome. Has a sideway view , both sides green and lush. Saw goats near their Scale House. Looks like lived in site community is down from short term renters. Would come back. Hook ups perfect and gravel is good for perfect level. Close to Magnolia Farms.

For Flat Creek Farms RV Resort: Almost all sites are buddy sites. The sites are level with large rock that keeps it dry. The hookups look fairly new and in good condition. The staff was friendly, but not always there. They leave a note with contact information. The bathrooms were clean and warm ( when we were here it was very cold and rainy) which was greatly appreciated. This isn’t a fancy resort with all the extras-just a nice, quiet, safe place. We will definitely stay here again if in the area..

For Flat Creek Farms RV Resort: Site was clean but definitely not wide enough. This is the second “Resort†that we have been to. Anything but a resort! We had booked 3 nights. Owner will refund 2 as there is no way we can stay here. Too bad because we were guided by the reviews.

For Flat Creek Farms RV Resort: Great place to stay near Waco. Next to creek with some fishing. Level sites with plenty of room to get in/out of. Folks are friendly. Wifi was ok, no CATV. Will stay here again.

Habsontheroad
For Flat Creek Farms RV Resort: Great place! Well kept and away from traffic. Flat sites. My only complaint is that the dropbox is located down a dark path so it's a bit creepy dropping off your check after daylight hours. They need to light a path and put some signage around so it's obvious where to go to the dropbox. I kept waiting for a dog or a random animal to come out of the woods on my way to the dropbox. Don't let that keep you from staying here, though. Just take your check to the dropbox the next morning.
