For Spring Creek Park: It’s a beautiful park, but do not show up without having a reservation. Though it is free, they do not allow walk-ins and will make you leave. Their office closes at 4pm also, so be sure to call in time. As far as I could find there is no way to reserve online, so the only way is to call their number.

For Spring Creek Park: As stated by previous reviewers, this park is a gem. This was my second year I stayed here for 5 nights. Was easy to book online. Campsites are close together, but the price is right. If you want to use the shower obtain the code from the park office when you check in. Lots of tent campers on the weekends in nice weather across from the 8 sites. Great walking trails and very convenient to the Kroger grocery store. I'd stay here again!

For Spring Creek Park: 9 FREE full hookup sites in a heavily treed park was more than I ever expected. The restrooms were clean and well maintained.
This well kept secret isn’t so secret and the sites are generally filled with RV’rs who know how to use online reservations.
Can’t say enough good things about this place. I recommend it highly!

For Spring Creek Park: Excellent park. Stayed here for 2 days while on our way from the Florida panhandle to Canyon Lake, Texas. The full hookup RV Park portion only includes 8 spaces for campers, however if you plan ahead, reservations can be made to secure a spot. We actually made our reservation about a week in advance. Our 32’ class A fit nicely into site #1 (the best one in our opinion). Spaces 1 and 5 do have large pine trees hovering over them, but we didn’t have any issues at all with pine cones as stated in another review. What it meant to us was lots of shade and site one has the added element of privacy from the other camping sites. Everything is absolutely FREE so the price is right. We typically stay in Corps of Engineers campgrounds, but would gladly pay to stay at this one. Would most definitely stay here again when out this way.

For Spring Creek Park: A very nice county park in the Greater Houston suburbs. Facilities are clean. Staff friendly. From what I can tell, you MUST have a reservation, but easily got from their website form.
