For W.H. Lyon Fairground: I don’t understand the negative reviews. I will grant you we did not stay back by the stationary RVs. That’s part of my point, there are numerous flat level spots on pavement available. At $30. For a full hookup is very cheap for these beautiful grounds. We would undoubtedly stay here again. 50 amp, full hookup.

For W.H. Lyon Fairground: Ok for a quick stop overnight and to see the Falls. There is no WiFi so no internet.

For W.H. Lyon Fairground: These fairgrounds are a little rough - some full timers living in deplorable units.... We topped off our gas on our way back to the campground after seeing the falls and the next morning we were down a quarter of a tank...... I guess someone needed it more than we did....😔. Mark seems a nice guy who is filling in after the camp host died. It needs some love and care and security....

For W.H. Lyon Fairground: Quieter than other campgrounds in the area.
New bath house was completed this spring. Nice, clean, bright and well maintained.

For W.H. Lyon Fairground: Fairgrounds. Lots of sites. Many seem to be full time working occupants in big 5th wheels. The host escorted us over to another section of the grounds that he probably saves for campers passing through Sioux Falls. Nice and quiet. Bathhouse is a concrete block building -- hot, dark and dingy. We showered in our trailer since there is a full hook up. It was a nice stop and we would stay there again. Would have been fun if there had been fair activities going on, but then we probably would not have gotten a last minute spot.

For W.H. Lyon Fairground: This is a place to park your RV for the night. It is a "Fair Ground". Full hook-ups on grass. It is not a campground.
There was a shower but was dark and dingey.
Reservations were not accepted when I called. Not sure if they do take reservations in "peak" season.
