For Happy Campers Campground: There were only 5 sites available for overnighters like us. There were supposed to be 6 but one of those looked liked it was taken over by a seasonal. The rest are seasonal or long term. $35 FHU and pull through. Good enough for what we needed. It was after the season so it was quiet. Close to 90 and lots of road noise but with a fan going it didn’t bother us. Did a self check in.

For Happy Campers Campground: This RV park has a lot of regulars who leave their trailer here year-round and use it on weekends and holidays. There are 3 areas, one very near I90, one to the right in an open field, and a third after the office where many of the permanent set-ups are located. We nabbed the last spot in this area as we were travelling thru.
While being a little put-off by the owner asking me, while wearing a make America Great Again hat, if I was enjoying not listening to politics while on the road, then told me that England voted to leave because there's too many Muslims invading their country. I have a daughter who lives in London, and I just get too exhausted to even talk to people who has to immediately spew this kind of unintelligent crap. Paid and left him to stew in his imaginary outrages.
It's not a very well-kept place, weeds more than grass, gravel, but the people are very nice. There was a golf-cart July 4th parade ( a lot of golf carts here). The laundry room is dirty, 2 of the 4 machines not working, and no change machine, but the people sitting outside immediately offered to drive me over to the gas station to get quarters. Many people were here with their extended holiday and it was fun to hear where everyone was from. There are also some rigs here owned by the owner and rented out. Many come here for fishing and water sports. So my bottom line is poorly maintained, stay away from the owner, but enjoy your stay and the nice people who stay here.

For Happy Campers Campground: We used this for a stop and drop overnight and that's what it's good for. Bare bones facility mostly filled with seasonal bargain hunters.

For Happy Campers Campground: Great Rv park. Mainly seasonal campers. Sign told us to just pick a spot. When we did the owner drove over and collected payment. Very nice gentleman.
