For The Ranch: SKP members have to be the nicest people I have ever met. They greeted us with open arms and everyone was extremely helpful. This is a top notch RV park out in the middle of nowhere. It's extremely quiet at night. And mostly during the day as well.

For The Ranch: We were in the Carlsbad area to see the Caverns and couldn’t find an RV park that had vacancies all filled with oil field workers. This place had 5 stars but you were supposed to be an SKP member but we took a chance and were welcomed with open arms, literally! This cute older lady all dressed up and wearing a beautiful squash blossom necklace came and gave me a big hug! It was Sunday afternoon and no one answered the phone so we just drove there hoping for a spot. EVERYONE was so lovely and nice. When we were leaving this morning. Anyone we saw said come back and see us! It’s was only $20. We are going to become SKP members too! Will never forget the warmth of these folks! Thanks to Steve and Anna and Larry!

For The Ranch: This campground is top-notch. They let us stay here even though we aren’t SKPs and now we are!! The people are so nice there and have a great community of events/socials. We were greeted our first night by Lucy with a bag of goodies and great conversation. We will definitely be back!

For The Ranch: This is the first coop begun by Escapees founders and lives up to its community spirit reputation. We were warmly welcomed by several volunteer greeters. The jammin folks joined us one afternoon in the rec hall. Walking out in the desert was special. We’ll stop here again when in the area, for sure.

Pensacola Paul
For The Ranch: Very nice escapees park. $14 bucks/ day for e/s/w, level space, lots of bunnies and birds. We got a "introductory special" of $52 for the first week! I am only 44 and my wife is 12 years younger so we are by far the youngest folks here, but we have been warmly welcomed and we feel at home here. The mulberries and pecans our kids picked are delicious as are the pancakes my wife made from them. The air is crisp and clean, and the water is reverse osmosis filtered. We are joining escapees through the xcaper division now.

For The Ranch: Pretty nice place for escapees. Wifi worked well. Sites are easy to access in and out. Nice people
