For Spirit Lake Casino & Resort RV Park: Well....very nice but it seems as if only two spots were available today......weird thing is the entire place is a ghost town.....all I could get was one of two sites....water and electric or just electric. I took water and electric . I guess people live here all year long. Some places look like they have been here a very long time. It is nice and kept up from what I have gathered though. I was pretty sad not to have full hook up though. Oh well it was for only one night. I feel like I am in the twilight zone where I am the only person on earth here.......

For Spirit Lake Casino & Resort RV Park: This was our very first RV Park experience! We are RV kindergarten-ers. Question: when you reserve a RV space (slot?) is it typical for 85 of the 100 spaces (all the full service spaces) to be previously reserved by annual and/or seasonal RV-ers? We got a dandy space for us (40' Coach) but with nothing but 50 amp, no water, no sewage. Imagine how disheartening it was to drive through the other 85 spaces and only 30 were occupied...of which, only 15 were active.
Spirit Lake was a lllloooonnnggg way off the beaten path...but was a (real) good learning experience for us.
Don't think it made the "Must Visit Again" list.
