For Evergreen Point Village: This is not an RV park and should be removed from the list. It is mostly mobile homes and the RVs that are here are long-term rentals. No one in the office and the phone number isn’t answered Wednesday, Aug.14,2024. (This should be removed from the Allstays app.)

For Evergreen Point Village: Called and called and called for over a week, left message after message. Never got a call back. Finally called again and the last time I got someone that did not seem very friendly. All that to hear "sorry buddy, all booked up for months" Great customer service! ðŸ‘

For Evergreen Point Village: Maybe one time this place was great,
but trashy. I walk in to the owner yelling at someone on the phone, I walk out and drive to Hagerstown! Thank God for Yogi!

For Evergreen Point Village: Descent, no common amenities, pull through hook ups 50 AMPs. Right in the middle of shopping. Its a mobile home park with limited space for a few pull through. Most residents are long timers. Call early and reserve. My need to call a-few times. D the owner is very reserved but pleasant. Likes cigars. Early in the morning you can hear traffic. Probably the only RV park in Frederick. 3 stars for location
