For Beymer Water Rec. Park: I kind of like these little county parks. $10, very quiet. Clean with power. Water not on yet due to the cold. Great stop over. Would stop again if we come through.

For Beymer Water Rec. Park: The last review below this one from 2016 is still all accurate. A nice place to stay for only $10! Electric and water hook up, but no dump. Very quiet and slightly remote. Only eight spots, but only one other camper besides us. Bathhouse clean and adequate. Fishing available. I gave it four stars because of price and quiet. Four miles from Lakin where they have groceries, gas, etc. Sheriff drove through last night and this morning which I appreciated. I would recommend!

For Beymer Water Rec. Park: We were looking for a one-night stop to break up a long drive. We're self-contained and don't use the facilities. We stayed here on a weeknight in September.
This is a great spot for a one-nighter. It's 4 miles from Lakin on a side road. For $10, this self-service park includes water, 20/30/50 electric, covered picnic table and grill. The campsites are not clearly marked. Once in the park, take a left at the bath house and look for 4 pavilions on the right. There are 8 sites, one on each side of the pavilions. The sites are in a level field against a row of trees. There's no wifi. ATT and Verizon coverage is quite good. There was one other camper.

For Beymer Water Rec. Park: A very functional and cheap $10 overnight stop with hookups traveling across Kansas. Quiet with lots of birds attracted to area. Showers and bathroom clean nothing fancy. I'm sure we will stop over here again

For Beymer Water Rec. Park: Close to a county road, clean. Not sure about water park. There is a sand pit with some water in it. Has covered picnic tables
