For Sequoyah RV Park: I’ve stayed here several times over the years . This year is no different from the last, no upgrades on the property, except the price , it went up. You really have to watch your credit card. I always stay for 30 days and I have left my $200 deposit with them for many years. I arrived at the usual time, a couple days before the outage started. The outage usually starts middle of the month, so this they prorated the month $450 and since I was staying 30 days they charged me for another full month $692, but I’m leaving mid month. So I called the so called manager to check on why. She told me I said I was staying a month, no refunds. So beware of these thrives.

For Sequoyah RV Park: In the area for work. Been aware of the park for a while, haven’t stayed in the past because had a good deal elsewhere. Not too much too add to other reviews. Most sites are either concrete or asphalt. Several sites have the hook ups on the wrong side. Several of the sites way out of level. Sites are generally short so parking your tow vehicle is a problem, much less park a visitor’s vehicle. Traffic is a problem road is barely wide enough for one lane, much less two way traffic. most drivers travel way too fast. Lots of kids running about. IMO a recipe for an accident. I made the comment as I was departing and it was received well. The electric deposit is something that I’m not used to but understandable when you consider the transient nature of the clientele. 99% of which are working folks which keep regular hours. So it’s fairly quiet even for those on nightshift. As far as a convenience items there are none, no play ground, no bike path, no dog walk, ( most dog walkers I saw didn’t have poop bags so watch your step) the WiFi was not working I once saw the network on my device but when I clicked on it there was no internet connection. Verizon Cell signal is good.
Michelle the park manager is good to work with. Others have hinted at impropriety in the billing, but my experience was that everything was on the level. LOL except the site. However I picked the site so no joy. Anyway all in all it was a good place to stay. Will up the stars when and if the make some improvements.

For Sequoyah RV Park: If you are looking to get away somewhere quiet and set-up so you have a little breathing room between you and your neighbor, a place where the grass is cut and your concerns are addressed-this is the place. If you need swimming pools or WiFi, keep looking-but if you want somewhere where you are comfortable enough to leave your personal belongings outside without dread, bring the kids and your pets and you will be happy to have picked SRv as your home away from home.

For Sequoyah RV Park: I live here. They are making me move however. They haven’t mowed around my camper in over 5 weeks. I called for over 2 weeks and texted. I have all the messages and screenshots of the grass. Still nothing. So I made a review and the owner is kicking me out. I have never been late. I’m hardly here cause I work on the road. Don’t live here. No WiFi!! No parking!!! Lots r barely big enough for campers. Roads are only wide enough for one car to pass. NO shade trees!! High light BILLS!!

For Sequoyah RV Park: This RV Resort has taken my month payment and I was given a furlough for my job due to Coronavirus issues This owner of the park will not credit, refund or work in any way to return any of the moneys he took. I feel that this Sequoyah RV Resort/Harbor Light Marina has taken advantage of the people that have been given a furlough due to Coronavirus. Bad business practice in my opinion. They made put 1 star to submit I would not have given any star.

For Sequoyah RV Park: Park open to public, it's not a weekender type location, setup for extended stay. Mostly used by TVA contractors during outages (scheduled and unscheduled). Several sites are good for big rigs. Quiet location and seems very safe. No amenities yet but owner is constantly upgrading sites with concrete pads and hopes to have propane and laundry facilities in the future. We prefer this side of town versus Southside. We are a fifth wheel pulled by HDT.
