For Highland RV Park: I am in Tulia two or three times a year and always stay here. If you are looking for a safe place to spend the night or a few days, then this is the place. Keep in mind that Tulia is not a resort area and the scenery and recreation options are not that great. I think when I stayed there last month it was $35 for Elec, Water and sewer. There are several long-term RV’s in the lot. That is what pays the bills and if it was not for them, you might not have a park in Tulia. The people that own the park are very nice. I’ll be back

For Highland RV Park: Let's get some background here. This RV Park is in Tulia, TX 35-miles from the nearest Wal Mart. Tulia is a small, rural, TX town and as such is no tourist destination. We found this RV Park with 50-plus sites all FHU. $30 a night. The sites were flat, utilities worked as advertised, no clue about the restrooms, laundry, etc. The WIFI caused my computer security program to tell me not to use that WIFI as there was malicious stuff happening. Interior roads as well as sites were gravel. The campground was neat and mowed...no trees...this is west Tx Panhandle. Bottom line, it is about as good as you can expect in small town, rural, Panhandle TX. There were possibly 25 long term RV's in the park. We stayed 4-nights and 3 of those nights we were the only transient RV. One night two 5'ers arrived around 8pm and departed before 8am the next morning. The campground owner makes his income off those longterm campers. Without them this RV Park would not exist. Personally, I am glad they had a site for us.
